How do I set up my desktop email client to receive my acccount's mail?

Use the following settings for your incoming mail (POP3):

Email - accountname@yourdomain.com
Username - accountname+yourdomain.com (that's a + sign)
Server name - mail.yourdomain.com
Use secure connection - Yes, TLS if available (may be slightly different on Outlook)
Use secure authentication - No

Use these settings for outgoing mail (SMTP):

Server name - mail.yourdomain.com
Authentication - Yes, use name and password
Username - accountname+yourdomain.com (that's a + sign)
Password - your mail account password (will probably be the same as your control panel password unless you've changed it)
Use secure connection - No
