Login to cPanel (http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel). In Mail, select Email Accounts. In the boxes at the top, type in the new account name and password. Below, you can choose to set a limit on the amount of email kept on the server, or set it to unlimited. If you set a limit but don't have your desktop email program set up to delete mail from the server, periodically you'll need to go to Webmail and clean out your account (you'll receive a notification when the box starts filling up). Click Create Account to finish and your new email account is now ready to use.
